I am an Enrolled Nurse and I was District Nursing for 10 years, until I was asked to Nurse at North Haven Hospice 12 years ago. For me, Palliative Nursing has always been the Crème de la crème of nursing, because it's such a privilege to be with patients and their family at a time in their lives when they are most vulnerable.
I really love Holistic Nursing at North Haven Hospice as we seek to support physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. I'm fortunate to work in the Community Team, led by Lesley Dill-Russell RN.
