North Haven Hospice is a charitable organisation – registered as an Incorporated Society.
The government gives us approx. 50% of our operating costs – just over $1m annually.

In order to provide services for our region we need to raise $1.3m each year ourselves.

Ways we do this include:

Fundraising events - See our Calendar for more info. 
General Donations via quarterly newletter/direct mail letters.
Donations given in lieu of flowers at funerals.
People doing their own fundraising event and giving the proceeds to North Haven - More information on Remote Fundraising.
Sponsorship from businesses/corporate - eg. Meridin and Watco plumbing. See our full list of sponsors. 
Businesses providing services at no or reduced cost.
Hospice Shop - selling used goods.
