North Haven Hospice is proud to announce our new partnership with Northland Rugby Union as the Official Charity Partner for the 2026 season.
This partnership brings together two organisations with deep roots in our region and a shared commitment to supporting the people of Northland. Whether it's on the rugby field or alongside local families during life's most challenging moments, both organisations are here for our community.
Throughout the season, you'll see the North Haven Hospice team at Northland Rugby home games, connecting with supporters, sharing the work we do, and cheering on the Taniwha.
For us, this partnership is about much more than rugby.
It's about backing our communities and backing the North.
Northland Rugby has spoken about a focus on building stronger connections across our region this season, and we're proud to stand alongside them as they do just that. Together, we hope to celebrate the strength, generosity and community spirit that makes Northland such a special place to call home.
Every day, North Haven Hospice provides specialist care and support to whānau across Northland, free of charge. That care is only possible because of the incredible support of our local community.
Being part of the Northland Rugby season gives us another opportunity to connect with that community, meet supporters, share stories, and celebrate what we can achieve together.
If you're heading along to support the Taniwha this season, be sure to stop by and say hello to the North Haven Hospice team.
We'll be there throughout the season, celebrating Northland rugby, connecting with our community, and cheering on the Taniwha.
We can't wait to see you there.
